Unfortunate indeed. I would mirror Jaydes suggestion of talking to a physician about it, but if that's problematic, it may be best to wait for additional information and reduce your risk, or contemplate a different setting.
But, if it makes you feel better, there are some very recent studies that indicate that it appears to be safe for kidney transplant recipients to get the moderna or pfizer vaccines. You can read up on it [here], [here], and [here]. But again, and I can't stress this enough, getting vaccinated is about risk management. Its your decision whether or not you feel the risks and benefits of getting the vaccine given the circumstances is worth it at this time, and that it is your choice.
