Why would you need another program to use the clipboard directly? I just use NVDA and instant Translate, with the japanese games set to output to clipboard. That is all. This worked even when I tried BK3 on a new computer on which I hadn't yet installed the Japanese IME (いまはにほんごのIMEがありますが。。。). So just NVDA, instant translate, the game(s), and optionally the TTS of your choice (Eloquence, etc).
