Unfortunately, this can't be done. You would need to edit the PHP source code to add such shortcuts, and that would mean a site reboot for it to take affect, which means killing the server and restarting it. Plus, adding a shortcut key to every useful link would be very difficult to do, as the forum would need to replicate it on every single page, and there are hundreds of thousands of tem, which would definitely slow the forum down.
