Re: will anyone create a starwars mod for sound rts?
hello all
this idea for a mod grately interests me
and i have experience in making maps and campaigns for soundrts.
I think it is highly possible.
Currently i am working on a modern map for soundrts which replaces your footman and stuff with tanks, missile launchers, etc.
Therefore once i have completed and released that map i'd be morethan willing to offer my assistants in creating this idea and bringing it to reality.
Off the top of my head i can think of a few ways to encorpirate certain aspects of starwars sutch as storm troopers. Jedi could be a little more difficult because of the ranks of jedi, aprentice knight master etc etc but its deffinately possible.
So in conclusion to my rambling, if you're willing to wait a wekk or so, then sure, i'll code this for you guys. It'd start out as one map and probably progress into a campaign at a later date if its agreeable
