Here's how this works. You'll hear the speech say a little blurb from the person who needs help. After that, you'll hear a weird-sounding voice, the first thing it says is, "Keep them away!" At this point, viruses will start appearing off to your right, and walking toward you. You need to kill all the viruses that appear during this segment. If even one virus gets past you and gets to a certain place, you will have failed this bit, and you'll get the "You let me down!" speech.
