@dark, yes, I have some info on the money back guaranty.
Open your browser and go to
http://reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with your apple ID, and the last purchases witch were made in the last 90 days are accessible.
You just click on report a problem under the downloads, choose a problem type the exact problem in the box below, and send the report.
If the purchase is newer than 14 days, apple will give you the money back. If it is older, you might need to wait abit longer, cause than, apple has to aprove it.
This 14 day money back thing was a plan of the EU, cause it is normal for a company to give atleast 14 days of guaranty for there problems.
