Re: going to Harry Potter world, looking for some reviews
It's cool.
However, it was still quite new when I went there, making it quite possibly the single most crowded place I've ever visited.
It's also quite small, and I feel like visual impairment kinda ruins the effect of some of the shops (and the shops are supposed to be part of the experience).
But, na, my biggest complaint was the crowding. There was virtually no decent crowd control, and it mostly canibalized a large chunk of Islands of Adventure, so it doesn't have the sort of vast space that, say, Disney has. Hopefully this is a product of its novelty.
Other than that, yeah, it's pretty cool. They've added things since I was there, but I still expect it's not an all day sort of park (luckily the other parts of Universal are right there if you run out of Harry Potter attractions).
