Yes. Urban Reign is one of the best beat em ups I ever have played. It's even still a game which I wanna find on the shelf and put in my old ps3 and start playing it again. This is super awesome, and fully playable. You even get all the story since the mission objectives are spoken. The menus are even so easy so you can't mess those up. Even upgrading your character is accessible as well. This is one of the games I love to have on original disc.
