Nope, if there had been such new releases they' have been reported.
It is actually a long time sinse we've last heard from philip, and while obviously no developer can give release dates or say when they'll next have something, just popping in and saying hi occasionally to let the community they're still around is often a good iea.
Then again, I haven't been on the blastbay forums themselves, so it is entirely possible Philip has been hanging out there on a regular basis.
