It's a new one on me as well, but sinse I haven't owned a tv license for about 7 years and only get to watch normal tv at my parents (and even then, generally only specific things like Doctor who and Futurama), I probably wouldn't know.
Usually I prefer actually getting series on dvd and watching them or going around to my brother's to watch anime :d.
