Yeah it is a malicious program.
This adware spreads via free applications, unsafe websites, suspicious links, and spam email attachments. Once installed on your computer, it will keep displaying many advertising banners, deals, coupons, offers, and in-text ads on your browsers in order to lure you into clicking on them.
