It's only the numpad.
To make things weirder, it uses a different character set depending on whether you start with a 0 or not.
So if I do alt135, it comes out as ç,
But if I do alt 0135, it's ‡
I only remember the codes I use most often off the top of my head. ... So ™, some diacritics, and archaic English (Fun fact: Eloquence will pronounce ð in the middle of words, but it only says "thorn" for þ, even though boðe were used in English at the same time.)
