That would do it. I just checked and the framerate goes back up around
12 seconds before the end of the last track in the playlist - I guess
that's when the FLAC decode finishes. I'm getting closer to 5 or 10
fps when it's doing the decoding.

Out of curiosity, how much of the CPU capability is being used?
