This aint no advertising, I was just showing one of the many things "Tact Hackers" do to the SB2, if you got to my site you see nothing about SB2. And if anyone would like me to do the Hacksaw mod on their SB2, I do it for free. As far as parts goes , you just need a Hacksaw. the only thing we are eliminating is the COMPLETE analog section, which we dont use. With that part deleted, a good amount of performance is gained. Further gains can be had by adding a 5 volt linear, or do two other major cuts and remove all power supply sections, and feed it with a 3 output linear. we can go further by adding pulse transformers, efi/rfi absorbtion materials.
