Yea, MP3 will only cut it for my MP3 player. I use a battery-powered non-oversampling DAC, digital amps, and Magnepan 1.6QRs with biamped subs.
I guess I will go with EAC + FLAC even though I find EAC unfriendly. I know a fellow audiophile who uses Itunes lossless and says it is pretty close to EAC and a lot easier. But I'm such a perfectionist I will always wonder if I am missing something and woulda/coulda/shoulda gone with EAC in the first place. Thanks for all the input.
