Here's a conversion script in perl. It preserves most of the tags . . .
There's hardcoded stuff in there you'll have to change, but it's a short script and should be 'reasonable' to understand. If you're interested then I can help a little with the explanations. Malcolm PS No documentation - it's a quickie I use when I need to & I understand it :)
