Actually, I came up with an easier solution last night. I have similar test tones from a Stereophile Test 3 CD, and my amp has voltmeters (just like the SB3, although they are actually analog!), so I just adjusted each channel using the test tones (ripped to FLAC, of course), and those voltmeters. It was good enough for me to be satisfied. I wouldn't want to do it every time, though.
