I recently purchased a Niles Intellicontrol unit and I would like it to control my SB3. I know I could just use an IR Flasher device from the Intellicontrol unit to relay commands to the SB3 but I was hoping there was a cleaner method of controlling the SB3. Has anybody dealt with this type of situation before and what did you do?
I know it is pretty impractical to have the SB3 hidden away in a rackcloset so I have set it up in a prominent place in the room. I am just a little worried that having a big old ir flasher stuck to the front of the SB3 from the Intellicontrol system will be kind of ugly. Any thoughts on how to get around this (other than using the original remote). Thanks for any suggestions.
