There are a number of sample rate converters and digital mixers that can do this. For example, I use a Roland M1000 downstream from a SB2 which can up-sample to 48 or 96 kHz.
BTW, I also have a Lavry DA10 on order (from Mercenary). How is the build quality and overall look-and-feel? It's a new product - do you feel it's ready for prime-time? I also have a Benchmark DAC-1 on order...
