You want something that dejitters.  Jitter is only cumulative if
nothing reclocks the signal.  Devices like the Monarchy DIP do exactly
that.  DACs such as the Benchmark DAC 1, (probably) your dCS, and
several others also reclock the incoming signal.  This is possible
because there are fixed, standard input rates and once the proper one
is determined a high precision clock in the receiver and be used to
match the input signal to one of the set frequencies.

Better to either figure out that your DAC _is_ reclocking the signal or
to buy an external reclocker like the Monarchy DIP (now discontinued and
available from Monarchy for all of $200).  An Audiophile and his money
are soon parted if confusion is allowed to reign.
