is unbelievably great. I have a 901 + K1000s which are my favorite cans by a wide margin. In my system, the SB drives a Behringer DCX2496 which feeds the Grace/K1000 and also (optionally) a North Creek Poseidon 10" subwoofer. For some music, such as bass-heavy jazz and rock, the sub makes a big difference. But for my primary listening, (mostly classical guitar and chamber music), the sub is unnecessary.
gerG on the Head-Fi site has a 902+K1000s. He upgraded from the 901's. Same story - best headphone sound he's every heard.
