One rip, two formats! (Like China: "One nation, two systems") I rip with the EAC program to FLAC and 224kbit AAC at the same time. It was a bit of a pain to set up, but now works well. Itunes does the AAC encoding, automatically. However, I suspect the tags from freedb are not the best in the world. A friend went down the Windows media player route, ripping to WMA lossless, and he seems to get better tag info.
