It depends on how they were ripped, and what the source was.

If the source was a DTS-CD, and it was ripped with no errors and
compressed losslessly (which it was, if it's FLAC) then the answer is
yes. You must check a few settings first, however:

1. Under "Server Settings" -> "File Types", ensure that "FLAC FLAC
(built-in)" is ticked, and that "FLAC MP3 flac/lame" is not ticked.
(Click "Change" if you changed this.)

2. Under "Player Settings" -> "Audio", set Digital Volume Control to
"Digital output level is fixed" and Bitrate Limiting to "No Limit" (and
click "Change").

Connect your SB3 to your amp with digital coax or optical, and either
set the amp to DTS mode or to auto mode. That should be all you need.

If the files were sourced from a DVD, they'll need to be converted
before they'll work on the SB3. There's more info in this thread,
which also expands a little bit on the above configuration settings (if
you have problems):

You can also play these files through a PC if you have an S/PDIF
connection between the PC and your amp, and (crucially!) you have
Windows volume set to max and fb2k volume set to 0.00 dB.
