Yes. And then for my setup, I had to make sure everything was "wired" up correctly in the MAudio control mixer (it has a semi-complicated patch bay where you link inputs to outputs in the config software). In the end I was able to get the ASIO S/PDIF out and mute all Windows-generated sounds (so you don't hear sound effects on mouse clicks, browser refreshes, etc).
