Yes. And then for my setup, I had to make sure everything was "wired"
up correctly in the MAudio control mixer (it has a semi-complicated
patch bay where you link inputs to outputs in the config software).

In the end I was able to get the ASIO S/PDIF out and mute all
Windows-generated sounds (so you don't hear sound effects on mouse
clicks, browser refreshes, etc). The Windows sounds go through one of
the MAudio inputs and that slider just gets muted while the ASIO input
is passed through at no attentuation.
