No kidding? I've yet to see a DC connector with a positive sleeve.

Anyway I won't promise that it's uncookable but AFAIK nobody has ever
damaged a SB2/3 by connecting the wrong power supply. It has both
overvoltage and reverse polarity protection with a resettable fuse, so
you could even attach an AC supply and nothing will happen (still,
don't try it!).
