So roughly speaking in the UK 230Vac*13amps = 2990Watts transformer effy eg. of 50% gives 1495Watts Power Factor - but I would not know what that is in the UK So a 5.1 system may have a max of 1495/5 = 299Watts/ch I guess this is peak so approx 299*(2/3) = 199Watts rms Wow don't see many with that sort of power!!
