Maui, you seem to be confused about what jitter is.  Rather than try to
unconfuse you, I'll just answer your question.  

Here is a very easy way to completely eliminate all transport jitter: 
simply take a DAC with a buffer larger than 800mb (the size of a CD). 
Play the CD into the buffer and record all the bits.  Unless the
transport is broken or the CD is scratched, this produces a bit-perfect
copy.  

Now play out the buffer using the internal clock of the DAC.  The only
jitter which will affect the sound coming out is caused by variations
in the clock of the DAC.  That's much less than jitter induced by
travelling down a noisy cable, it's got nothing to do with the
transport, and it's unavoidable anyway in any D/A process.

Of course this would mean you don't hear anything for an hour after you
hit play - not very convenient.  The Lavry uses a more clever version of
this idea so you don't have to wait.
