If you figure that, I think you assume too much... ...but clock cables (at least, marketed as such) are enough of a niche market in the Land of Audiophilia that I don't think there's been too much direct attention to the matter, and I think you have the luxury of fewer choices. But if one wanted to get obsessive-compulsive... a number of the available single-ended digital-audio cables are available terminated with BNCs. Actually, I notice some emmlabs equipment in your list. Is there a clock-cable recommendation from Meitner?
