I had been using the SB3 with a CEC DAC and the Transporter sounds cleaner and richer. Very nice. (Not quite as good as the SB3 through my AudioNote DAC5 - but that's not fair).
The only annoying thing so far - when I change a player setting from the slimserver web interface, the Transporter hangs up sometimes. I have to unplug the unit to get it going again. I discovered this when trying to find the RSS news feeds which don't seem to be there.
