My quest to have a button-less set-up continues. Planning to link the SB3 directly to power amp and then to my speakers. Looking at the Bel Canto s300 dual-mono power amp which should look great beside the squeeze box.
Run into a little problem. Would like the option to still use my sub-woofer to pick up the very low range. However my new set-up would not have a pre-out to link to the sub (analog RCA direct to power amp in). Struck me that i could use the headphone out at the back of the SB3 as another output to link to my sub (rather than trying split a signal..). Benefit is that the signal would still be volume adjusted and for low range i am not concerned about signal quality.
