Sorry, I think there was a bit of a humour translation gap as this one crossed the North Sea. This forum (other threads) seems to have been hijacked by people who think that measurement is all, when I really think it's nothing - I think my (and your) ears are orders of magnitude more accurate than whatever kit these people may choose to use, and so my tongue was firmly in my cheek when I was making my comments :) In general, it's best to assume that we Brits mean the exact opposite of what we say, unless we want to retract it, of course, in which case it was clearly far more insightful than we had originally intended. -- adamslim SB3 and Shanling CDT-100, Rotel RT-990BX, Esoteric Audio Research 859, Living Voice Auditorium IIs, Nordost cables ------------------------------------------------------------------------ adamslim's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7355 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=28322 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
