I am looking to buy a new amp and am not really interested in home cinema but more a quality budget audio set-up. For some reason I seem to have a leaning towards Rotel. This new 2006 range has good looks and proportions and I can buy in Asia for a much lower price than British brands like Arcam. The only downsides with the rotels are a lack of an optical outputbut from reading the forums, people seem to have good things to say about the analogue jacks anyway. I googled this range of amps and am struggling to find any reviews. Has anyboby listened to them or have a friend who owns one? Thanks.
