With the popularity of upgrading the SB3 power supply, I'm finding that most of the usual suspects (Elpac, etc.)are now hard to come by. I found a nice looking open (unboxed and unwired) power supply at Grainger: Sola Silverline Series, 5V, 3A, linear, low noise, .05% voltage regulation, short-circuit and over-voltage protection, 2.75 pounds, $55.15.

And what about 3amps--is this taking things too far?
