I'd have said so too Radish, honestly, but wherever the problem lies, I presume that SD (like most companies) were involved in the selection of their official distribution channels and take some responsibility for them. Whatever is going on, there are a number of UK customers who perceive (rightly or wrongly) that they are not being treated equitably and unfortunately, we aren't hearing much to correct that perception. We were promised an update on the UK distribution situation last Friday by Sales Mac.
