If you don't have an ATI tray icon then the process probably isn't
running, but I have to say I think you're barking up the wrong tree
there, even though the error was the same. 

Have you tried running EAC in the 'compatability mode' of x64?

Did you download the wnaspi32.dll from Nero or an unknown source?

Once again, make sure it's in the top level of the exactaudio directory
(EAC folder).

Did EAC get installed in the 'Program Files' folder (default I
believe)?

Then there are always other ripping apps which have been proven to work
on x64, but others have gotten EAC to work:
