You're kidding right? The SB3 may work with Ketchup but this is the Transporter. Nothing less than Hollandaise is acceptable! Personally I find that the subtle nuances of the Transporter's taste are best brought out by a slightly modded Hollandaise where the lemon is replace by tarragon.
