I'm jumping in here late, but for those of you guys who are discussing opamp swapouts and the benefits of different opamps, I recommend a visit over to Xin's place:
http://www.fixup.net Xin makes (arguably) the highest quality micro-amps around, and his design affords the ability to swap out opamps. Because of this many of his users have become opamp snobs and are more than happy to discuss them like wine. FWIW, I prefer the 5534 in output-bypass mode, but not in class A mode.
