Regalma1,

While I agree with many of the comments that a lossless format is
probably overkill for a car, I also know that if you already have
several thousands of songs in a lossless format such as FLAC, then it
is quite time consuming to convert them to a lossy format. Perhaps this
will work for you - it supports FLAC out of the box, and individual
cartridges are available up to 120GB, so you will need only 2.
