Inguz, thanks for the comments. I didn't label everything properly I guess, but the right opening is not a window, but an open archway to the dining room. The green thing in the front actually IS a fireplace (not TV), and the opening to the rear is another archway to the entryway. I was curious if the fact that the ceiling is arched, and the transition from the wall to ceiling is curved is a good thing or a bad thing. Otherwise, since the room is so hard and pretty sparse, I think I'll play around a bit with absorbtion and maybe make my own bass traps (plants rate extremely high on the WAF...) - maybe a 3AM session to get the creativity flowing! -- ob_kook SB2 --> Axiom passive pre --> Portal Paladin monoblocks --> Dynaudio Contour 1.3 MKII ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ob_kook's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1383 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=30031 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
