While they were both plastic, so there should be no quantum electrolytic issues, the ketchup stands on its lid, while the Daddies is the right way up. I am concerned that the quality of the air inside will have a serious effect, and don't even mention the thick gloop that accumulates around the lid of the Daddies. However, this was a test 'as is', of the 'stock' sauces. Were I to apply tweaks to get round these deficiencies, I wouldn't be comparing what people actually buy - who wants a comparison of one tweaked sauce with another? Maybe I could do an 'ultimate sauce-out', to demonstrate what really can be achieved based on these supposedly humble condiments, but I think the tests are valid as they stand.
