Make sure you get an electrician who has done this kind of work before
(guys who have wired big home theater installations are good). There's
a bunch of stuff to consider:

- Get 20A lines.
- If possible, get lines with isolated grounds (receptacles must be
"isolated ground receptacles").
- Romex cabling is fine.
- Make sure everything is done to adhere to local/national electircal
code. If someone suggests "running ground to a spike outside your
house", that is illegal and dangerous.
- Get one dedicated line for your amp and one for your other gear.
Make sure there is no differential between the grounds between these
two lines, or you will get a ground loop hum.
- As mentioned in another post, I think the receptacle's grip is the
most important thing. I've tried cryo'd outlets...honestly couldn't
tell you if it was better/worse than others (I challenge someone to
actually do an A/B test on an outlet!)
