Interested in this thread as i am also trying to use the SB3 straight to poweramp to kep things simple/clean. Also tempted by a DAC as a sound improvement and noticed the Benchmark DAC has a analogue volume control which could double as attenuator? Anyone using SB3-DAC1-Poweramp-Speakers? Work well? thx
