I am trying to justify a Transporter purchase through selling off my Audible Illusions pre (and DAC, and...). I currently drive two amplifiers using two sets of "outs" from the Pre: good amp (Sunfire Stereo Sig.) for my main system and one (Adcom 555) that feeds a speaker switcher for other spaces. The good amp has balanced (and RCA) inputs.
The question(s): Do the hardware jumpers in the TP attenuate both outputs? If yes, could I expect a similar relationship in volume between the two systems to that I am currently enjoying using the unbalanced in my current configuration? Sorry if this is repeat.
