It sounds like your PC, actually (what the Transporter will call a
remote host).

I will assume you are running Windows for a server: have you looked at
the event log?  It should say why the server is resetting.  My bet,
based entirely on statistical observations: your antivirus software is
seeing updates to the database files, and forbidding them.  Tell your
antivirus software to not monitor .MYD and .MYI files.
