Yes of course (duh).  The measurement analyses everything between the
squeezebox analog outs and the microphone, but the modded-SB's
inversion is before that.

Actually you can do this without any measurement if it's easier; just
unzip the attached and use "invert.wav" file as your room-correction
filter.

Or: after the complete measurement and filter creation process, open
the generated WAV filters (Normal.wav, etc) in Audacity, select "Effect
- Invert", and save them out again.  This won't affect the way they
correct room response.
