My audio physic tempo 4s have pretty similar specs, except they're lower impedance, so perhaps a little harder to drive.
My McCormack dna .5 drives them with ease. You can pick one of these up on audiogon for ~500. There are lots of good amps you can get used in that range. You also see the odd home-brew ucd 400 amp selling there for ~650. I'd bet some of the more knowledgable people here could suggest a whole pile of really good used amps in this price range (hint, hint :)). You don't really need an integrated.
