One way to test this is to record the digital coax or optical PCM
signal from the SB at full volume with a soundcard that has digital-
in (such as on any recent Mac) and compare the bits. You should end
up with the exact bits in the original WAV file, whether you're
playing FLAC, WAV, WMA Lossless, or ALAC.
