One of my SB3s is hooked up to a Benchmark DAC1 which supports 96k/24b.

Actually, according to the Benchmark site, it does lots more.

"The DAC1 is a two-channel, 24-bit, 192-kHz audio Digital-to-Analog converter. The DAC1 is perhaps one of the more significant recent advances in digital audio conversion technology. The DAC1 provides some of the finest analog conversion through 192-kHz and all sample rates playback with a 55-kHz analog bandwidth. "

It should properly handle multiples of 44.1 and 48kHz up to the limit, so 88.2 and 96kHz should be easy.
