With my SB3, I am using the Monica2 DAC from diyparadise.com in Malaysia. It has a single non-oversampling chip. The sound quality is excellent. Price is 125$ + shipping! You get a fully assembled board with "boutique" components, just have to add a 12V battery or power supply, some connectors, switches, and an enclosure. To get even better performance, the designer recommends a vacuum tube grounded-grid output stage.
