1. Opaqueuice explained this one to me, so I can answer this one :).
Right click on the file(s) you want to add the convolution to. Select
"convert to" or "convert to same directory". You'll see a checkbox
labelled "dsp processing". Select that. Click on the "..." button. Add
convolver from the list of available dsps.  Click on it in the list of
active dsps, and then hit "configure selected". You can choose your
convolution file and your volume adjustment there (you need to add some
decrease in volume to avoid clipping: I think the standard decrease in
tine inguz config is -6db). Go to http://www.inguzaudio.com for an
explanation of how to generate a filter for your system.

2. I don't think I can answer this one well.

3. Convert to same directory should do this. But it will stomp
whatever's there, I think, so you'd want to be careful.
